No success is perfect. A success without the love you want from the people you love means so little. Obviously not my own thoughts, just recently saw Rockstar. It makes me think that, how perfect the life could be. Sometimes we achieve what seems to be like unachievable, a dream come true and still happiness does not come along. So is being happy entirely different from what we associate it with, money, fame, love.
Do we really always know what we want, can you really predict what will make you happy, I mean you always evolve as a person. When I was a kid (Anyways m sill very young), the idea of a perfect life was different, now I don’t even know if the word perfect exists. As they say, everything comes with a price attached So what is happiness, just a state of mind, c’mon the people who plan their lives and live by it, are they really happy, I don’t think so. I think I am totally confused because I cannot see a link between things that people can see, because I think nothing can constantly be the center of charm in your life, not money, not fame and not even love. I think it’s all overrated. Talking about the movie Ranbir Kapoor was ready to break his heart to get the fame as a singer and when he got it all, he is ready to leave it for the love of his life and may be when he would have got her too, and then there would have been something else missing that he would crave for.
I think you can only find happiness in the small moments, m happy when m listening to a song, watching a nice movie.... I am definitely not saying that you should not chase your dreams coz they would ultimately loose the charm. Because without chasing your dreams you will never find out what are the things that you want most from your life.
Life is a mix, you may or may not get it all and you can still be happy or sad.
Nicely written... what I think is happiness only comes only when you are content with you have. Till the time you are craving for something more, you can not be happy. But then if you are satisfied with what you have, then you can not have fame, power and money.
ReplyDeleteso,in a way u triyn to say,there is no place for materialistic gains in life... Honey,if u not going to chase ur dreams,it would make ur life aim less. I think for one being should see dream,go for them try best to fulfill them rest are secondary in life... Although every being can have different dreams... Materialistic n non materialistic things should be balanced in life...

i totally agree that if you do not chase your dreams, you will not find out what you actually wanted to be or have in your life, i just said that happiness doesnt necessarily come along with it coz at different times, we can have different priorities...
